Returns Policy

My purchased item is damaged.
We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged, please let us look into this for you. Do notify us at hello@cleanfolksclub.com with pictures of the damaged items and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. 

Products may be exchanged within 7 days following the date of delivery. 

How can I return an order?
We're currently unable to allow returns due to the nature of our products. Hence all orders are final and ineligible for returns. If you've encountered issues using our products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can advise you further.


Please avoid non-residential addresses for personal orders to avoid tampering or receipt of the items by an unintended person. We will not be able to assist should the items be defective/missing in these situation if the tracking indicates delivered.


If you have received a different/defective item, do notify us at hello@cleanfolksclub.com and we will make things right.
