    • For all Singapore orders S$80 and above, we offer:

      Free Courier Delivery

      For all orders below $80, the following shipping rates apply:

      Standard Courier Delivery — $3.00

      We aim to get your orders delivered to you as soon as possible. Our standard courier delivers within 1 - 2 working day.

      We typically ship within 1 - 4 business days. 
      As all our items are created fresh in our small studio, we seek your understanding in the event of a delay due to the handmade process!

      Our courier partner will attempt to deliver twice before the parcel is being returned to us. 

      Clean Folks Club is unable to be responsible for goods should the delivery attempts be unsuccessful.

    • We also deliver worldwide with various courier partners, according to the weight of your order. 

      We aim to get your orders delivered to you as soon as possible. We typically ship within 1 - 3 business days if the items are in stock.

      As all our items are created fresh in our small studio, we seek your understanding in the event of a delay due to the handmade process!

      You may be required to pay import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other duties specific to the destination country in order to receive your order. Please take note of your country of residence's import tax.

      Some restrictions may apply regarding liquids depending on your country of residence's customs law. To the best of our knowledge, should the product(s) purchased not be eligible for shipping to your country of residence, we will cancel the item(s) and refund accordingly. If the item(s) are shipped and rejected at the point of customs, we will not be able to provide a refund.

      It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a pick up or a second delivery attempt with the respective courier service if the original delivery is missed by the customer. Clean Folks Club is unable to be responsible for goods should the delivery attempts be unsuccessful.

       

    Returns Policy

    My purchased item is damaged.
    We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged, please let us look into this for you. Do notify us at hello@cleanfolksclub.com with pictures of the damaged items and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.

    Products may be exchanged within 7 days following the date of delivery.

    How can I return an order?
    We're currently unable to allow returns due to the nature of our products. Hence all orders are final and ineligible for returns. If you've encountered issues using our products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can advise you further.

    Please avoid non-residential addresses for personal orders to avoid tampering or receipt of the items by an unintended person. We will not be able to assist should the items be defective/missing in these situation if the tracking indicates delivered.
