    All our soaps are suitable as both body soap & hand wash. We take great pride in creating nourishing & moisturizing bars of soap.

    We are committed to creating our products with natural ingredients. Although our formulations for non-soap products may contain substances like preservatives which is essential for your safety, we have taken great care in choosing plant derived and non-toxic options.

    To ensure that your products are used within a time of optimal freshness and efficacy, we recommend storing all of our products in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight and using them within 6 months of purchase.

    Yes, our soaps are formulated to be mild and gentle, even for dry/sensitive skins. However, different skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular product, we always suggest doing a patch test. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out!

    Do store your unused soaps in a dry, ventilated place out of direct sunlight. Due to fluctuations in temperature/humidity in the environment, if you see sweating occurring on the soap's surface, simply wipe away the beading and leave it to air dry.

    Bar soaps that are allowed to dry completely between use lasts much longer. Leave them to dry on soap dishes that allow effective draining, or keep them hanging in soap nets for air flow.

    Orders & Shipping

    We aim to ship out all orders within 2-3 working days. Our courier delivers usually by the next day (Mon - Sat). The exception to this are soaps that may be still curing, as all our soaps are handmade in small batches. If you need your order urgently, do reach out to us!

    As part of our sustainability efforts, we do not include any printed invoices in all our parcels.
